On each show we bring together a band and some fans to talk about music, life, and whatever the hell else we want to talk about. It can be difficult to have a conversation with your favorite band at a show or online. We bring the fans together with the bands for a more in depth conversation.

A chat with Tyler, Jordan, Aaryn, and Dave of Edison Hollow as well as fans Chene, Bashar, Stephanie, Jennifer, Mike, Iro, Eric, and Joey. We dig into how the band came up with their name, how they describe their brand of high energy rock music, and plans for new music. Their debut EP is fantastic and their latest single “Bad Things” is a gem.
We also talk about Tyler’s job driving dead people around, Chene’s house cleaning skills, and Bashar’s prowess slinging merchandise at gigs. The band plans to build a castle in the near future to develop a closer bond. Finally we hit on our favorite topics of first albums, key concerts, and the hotly contested question of pineapple on pizza.

A chat with Chris DuPont as well fans Adam and Mary. We learn a little bit about how the fans discovered Chris and his music. We dive into Chris’s latest album called Floodplains. This album is emotionally deep. While we knew Chris was a fantastic guitarist, on Floodplains his playing and songwriting seem to jump into a new level.
Chris provides some details on songs such as “Sandpaper Hymn”. We also talk about his journey from a hardcore band to singer-songwriter. A favorite topic is first albums and favorite concerts which always makes for an interesting chat.
Finally, we debate the hotly contested question of pineapple on pizza.

A chat with Judy Banker and Dave Roof as well fans Johnny, Michael, Alan, Rod, Richard, Robin, and Tina. We talked with Judy about her work with Dave. Dave plays on Judy’s albums and handles the recording at his Rooftop Recording studio.
As usual, we talked about how everyone was introduced to Judy and her music. We talked a bit about the recording process for Judy’s latest album called Buffalo Motel. We got into the backstory the name of the album. As well as the addition of Judy’s son Ben who was heavily involved in the album’s production.
One common element shared by everyone on this episode is Johnny’s Speakeasy. A great venue in Ann Arbor that caters to folk and Americana. Finally, we share stories about first albums and whether pineapple is a friend or foe on pizza.

Imminent Sonic Destruction just finished up recording their third album. We all are anxiously awaiting this new album. Hopefully, it will be released on vinyl. A chat with Mike, Al, Jim, Matt, and Adam of Centenary as well fans Jeff, Niki, Mike, Graham, Chuck, Zeek and Craig. In addition to being a fan, Craig runs one of the longest running extreme music labels in Canada called CDN Records. Craig joined from his hot tube to share how he discovered the band and then turned on Cam Schwarz of The Growl death metal documentary who later featured Centenary in the documentary.
Along the way, we shared how Centenary grand master fan told Mike about CDN looking for new bands which led to their signing with the label. We share an introduction of Centenary’s new drummer, Adam and how he came to be part of this chainsaw of death machine.
We also shared stories about the motivational impact of Paul Stanley, the beauty of chainsaw death metal, and what we have to look forward to on the next Centenary album (along with a new split coming with Blood Tusk). Zeek shared a little of his work conditions which can be quite a handful. Finally, we wrapped up with a bit of controversy and the dreaded pineapple on pizza question.
